“I couldn’t be prouder of what the Strachan Football Foundation has become. When we first started, the aim was simple to give young people a genuine pathway to continue both their education and their football after leaving school. Seeing how far we’ve come and how many lives we’ve helped shape along the way fills me with immense pride.
As a Community Interest Company (CIC) and not-for-profit organisation, the Foundation exists purely to benefit the young people we serve. Every bit of success, every opportunity created, is reinvested back into the programme to help even more young people from the Midlands and beyond continue their journeys in education, football, and full-time employment.
What makes it all work are the incredible people behind the programme, our tutors, coaches, and mentors, who deliver it with such passion and professionalism. The facilities we use are first-class, and the environment we’ve built encourages every participant to be the best version of themselves.
For me, the Strachan Football Foundation is about more than football; it’s about giving young people belief, purpose, and a platform to succeed in whatever path they choose.”
